Reclaimed Chestnut with Douglas Fir, natural oil finish |

The chestnut was abandoned, unmilled, in the back of our first shop. The Douglas Fir came from a beam we tore out during renovations. The grain of this extinct species and natural aging of the wood is impossible to replicate. The two-inch dove tall joints are toddler-proof. The photographer had our son jumping up and down, without creating the slightest wobble. |
